Our Beliefs

We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.

  • The Bible

We believe that the Bible is the ultimate and unchanging guide for faith and

practice, fully sufficient for all matters of life and doctrine (2 Timothy 3:16)

  • The Trinity

We believe the Trinity as one God in three co-equal, co-eternal persons - Father,

Son, and Holy Spirit—each fully God and distinct in function (Matthew 28:19)

  • Jesus

We believe Jesus Christ as both fully divine and human, whose sinless life, atoning

death, and triumphant resurrection provide salvation, eternal life, and victory over

sin and death (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

  • Holy Spirit

We believe that baptism in the Holy Spirit equips believers with divine authority, spiritual gifts, and the ability to live a holy life, with the ongoing presence and power of the Holy Spirit actively at work in the Church today (Acts 1:8).

  • Baptism

We believe that Baptism by immersion represents the believer’s union with Christ

in His death, burial, and resurrection – Romans 6:4

  • Salvation

We believe in salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus was sent by God to save us and give eternal life. Salvation is only possible through faith in Jesus and repentance of our sins. We understand that we are saved through grace and not by any works of our own. The Bible teaches us that no matter what mistakes we make, God’s love and grace are always available to us. We believe that through accepting Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, we are able to have the assurance of salvation and the promise of eternal life with God (Ephesians 2:8-10)

  • Communion

We believe that communion involves partaking of the bread and cup, which signify Jesus Christ's broken body and shed blood, remembering His sacrifice and proclaiming His return (1 Corinthians 11:26).

  • The Church

We believe that the Church is essential for believers to gather in worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth, while also uniting in the mission to make disciples and spread the gospel, both locally and globally (Matthew 28:19-20).

  • Leadership

We believe that Scripture teaches the local church should be led by a plurality of

elders, appointed by God, who govern under the authority of Jesus Christ and are

accountable to Him for the care and health of the church – Acts 20:28

  • Marriage

We believe that God created human beings in His image as male and female,

reflecting His design, and that marriage is the sacred union of one man and one

woman, intended for mutual love and lifelong commitment (Genesis 1:27 )

  • Apostolic Partnership

We believe apostolic partnership is essential for accountability, growth, and

strengthening the local church. Through these relationships, we receive oversight,

encouragement, and guidance, ensuring our church remains aligned with biblical

truth and the mission of advancing God's Kingdom (Ephesians 4:11)

  • End Times

We believe that Jesus Christ will return personally, visibly, and bodily to establish

His eternal Kingdom, judge the world, renew creation, and gather His people for

    eternal life (Revelation 22:12).
