Leadership at Faith City Church

Lead Elder & Eldership Team

Faith City Church is led, pastored, overseen, and governed by an Eldership Team made up of men called by God to the biblical office of elder (Acts 14:23; Titus 1:5–9; 1 Peter 5:1–3). Together they provide spiritual leadership, direction, and pastoral care for the church, with the team being led by a Visionary Lead Elder who helps guide the church in its mission and future direction.

Deacons

The Eldership Team is supported by a group of leaders called Deacons, who are appointed by the Elders to assist in meeting practical and pastoral needs, helping the church family thrive and ensuring the mission of the church is carried out effectively (Acts 6:1–7; Philippians 1:1; 1 Timothy 3:8–13).
